By commissioning me, "Bark'N'Byte", you agree to these terms, regardless if you read them or not. Please take some time to read these, as they may answer any questions you have. Otherwise, feel free to DM me any questions that are not answered here.

DISCLAIMER
- I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason, if I feel I am uncomfortable or unable to take your commission.
- You may NOT use my work for any AI training, hate speech, harassment of other individuals, illegal content, zoophilia, pedophilia, or politics.
- I may use your commission in advertisements, my portfolio, or social posts.PAYMENT
- All payments are to be made via PayPal, CashApp, or Ko-Fi in USD ($).
- Full payment is required unless an alternative arrangement is discussed.
- I will not start your commission until full payment is received.
- Payment plans for larger commissions can be considered on a case-by-case basis, feel free to DM me your case to discuss this.
- If you have a deadline, please inform me BEFORE you commission. This means before any commission info, if you do not provide one, a deadline cannot be asked halfway through the process or after you’ve paid.NSFW
- NSFW can be done for any commission, as long as you give me your DOB so I can verify you are an adult.CHANGES
- Provide all commission details upon ordering. Minor tweaks are only allowed twice for free, beyond that, I will charge a 15$ fee per change before completion.
- I will charge a 50$ fee per major change before or after completion of the commission. You will have 1 week to request any final changes after completion, otherwise you will have to start a seperate commission to make any further changes.REFUND POLICY
- I do not do refunds on my bases that are posted on Gumroad/Itch.io, as they are a digital product.
- Due to ongoing financial issues, I may take a bit to get your refund back to you. It should take no more than 1 month, however, you may DM me if it has been over 1 month after requesting a refund. Demanding a refund will NOT get you a refund, and I reserve the right to block or refuse a refund if I deem you uncooperative or unreasonable.
- If work has already started and you ask for a refund, you will only get a partial refund, because I had already started working so I keep half as compensation for my time. If you are not satisfied with the finished product and request a refund, it will be denied, as I already finished the commission.WIPS AND UPDATES
- Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be shared, and you may request progress updates at any time.
- Do not spam me for updates, I have a life outside of my computer. You can request an update once every 3 days, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
- I do not work on commissions on the weekends. Therefore, responses and updates will be delayed until the weekdays.
- I will inform you of any life changing updates that may suspend or cancel your commission.

INFO AND FAQQ: I want to commission a base that can be sold.A: This is fine! You will receive a code to add it to your library for free upon completion.Q: Turnaround time?A: Varies depending on the commission. Retextures can take 1-3 weeks, resculpts/mesh edits can take 3-6 weeks, and from scratch can take anywhere from 1-6 months. I will inform you of any delays or emergencies.
Q: Can I make commercial content with your work?
A: Yes and no. You may make content with my work, with credits back to me where applicable, but do NOT resell or claim my work as your own.
Q: Can I make adult content with your work?
A: Go wild. As long as you're an adult and it's not illegal (zoophilia or pedophilia)
Q: Can I share the files with other people?
A: Please don't, unless you are commissioning someone else to make changes to your commission.
